WHAT IS A BRIGHT FUTURE BUILDER?
Donors who give any amount each month are considered to be a Bright Future Builder. Our Bright Future Builders form a special community of monthly supporters who are committed to keeping Club membership and experiences free to members and their families.
WHY ARE MONTHLY DONATIONS IMPORTANT?
Monthly donations provide stable and predictable revenue to help plan funding for the life-changing experiences provided by the Club.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY GIVING?
You can make changes anytime to your monthly gift. If you need to update your payment method, pause, cancel or adjust your monthly gift amount you can do so by accessing My Account or calling 513-421-8909 ex. 19.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged on the day you start your monthly donation and on the same day of each following month. Ex: If you start your donation on the 15th of the month your donation will run on the 15th of each following month.
WHAT CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPTS WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive an initial email receipt after your first monthly donation and an annual statement in that summarizes your giving for the previous year.
